Me riding in 1981!!!

I have been going through old photos and home movies today, and found our old 'silent movie' cinematic films of me riding in 1981!! :scared:

So here it is.... a 29 year old video of me riding :lol: The horse's name was Poppy - he was my favourite! (And yes, it was a gelding called Poppy :lol:)

Do you remember that day you rode??

I don't think I remember THAT exact day, but I do remember riding Poppy. I remember the first time I rode him, looking down at my foot and thinking how far away from the ground it was!

The other thing I remember about Poppy is that I wrote him a love letter, which the YO stuck on the back wall of his stable. It stayed there until Poppy died. I was so embarrassed when I was like 14 and it was still there!
