The second with the black berries is deadly nightshade not a good one to have with horses its poisonous to humans. The first looks a bit like angelica the leaves but not stemy enough and flowers aren't quite the same. Its not a burr as the leaves aren't quite there. I think it belongs the pigweed family but not 100% as its a North American plant that has ben hybrided for gardens. Try googling and see what you think you need the green one of course.

I didn't think it was deadly night shade because it wasn't growing from the trees, I pulled it out the ground, we have lots of deadly night shade in our field that hang over rather then grow from the ground.

the one with the fruits and white flowers belongs to the Solanum (potato) family, would cause painful stomach cramps if ingested by humans, as pototoes are poisioness to horses i would err on the side of caution and remove, personally i remove everything from my paddocks if its not horse friendly
the first one i cant place but working on it

If in doubt pull it out and remove from the field!
No idea what the first one is - but the second is Deadly Nightshade and does need to be removed.
Wear gardening gloves when you pull it as it is very toxic - eating one leaf can kill an adult - as little as 2 berries can kill a child!
