SJ, XC and dressage!

We had a combined event at our yard (nation wide competition) and my boys did exceedingly well. There were about 150 entries for the whole day, so competition was fierce!

Savvas and Rog in the 90cm (they came 2nd - me and Hans came first! lol Oh, and Savvas and Hanson came 3rd in the same class, though I never took a video of that). Also on this vid, Savvas on Roger and then Hanson in the Novice XC. Roger 1st! Hanson 2nd!

Then me and Hanson in the Novice dressage. We came first with a score of 67%. TBH, not one of our best tests. Rushed and unbalanced in places, but I was being an utter stresshead and not riding well at all (as left medium canter will show! Lol). Free walk was a disaster! Didn't happen AT ALL! Lol Still, enough to win though. Oh, and the start of the test wasn't on the video!

So all in all a good event. My boys took home all the cups, so I'm pleased, but I'm not happy with the dressage. Oh well. There's always tomorrow!
