Well it's been 9 weeks since Sully's horrific leg injury and today i rode him! it was only a walk around the village but it was the day i thought would never come when holding him at the vets surgery as he got stitched up (took 3 hours!) i was soooooo happy and proud of him! here are some piccies

well she said that it will have pronounced flesh but should heal very well and is already doing so which is great news! He isnt a showing horse so a little or big scar doesnt bother me, but at the moment he is doing soooo well! xx

He's a gentle giant :) How did he cut himself?

went through a fence and pulled up….the only issue is that it keeps slightly tearing with movement but at least it means it will eventually scar up flexible, even if it does take twice as long.
