In the ridden class he was a bit stuffy and not on top form. But if he'd have gone like this a year ago i'd have been bouncing off the walls with excitement - so it's not all bad! :)

Now the fun bit - we did a little clear round. The first course on grass this year. And the first course since Icarus used his eject button on me at the second part of a double a couple of weeks ago when i thought i'd broken my elbow! It's still not right! :doh:

great pic's he's looking super...he's really blossoming and doing really well...i remember when you couldnt get him going like that for a few strides...just look how far you've come now....i'd be pleased as punch....i still want him...lol

It's still a struggle to keep him going like that. Without trying to be boastful i'm the only person i've met so far who can!:lol: Thank god they dont tend to have ride judges in the M+Ms until you get to much higher level showing, otherwise we'd sink right down to the bottom of the line up!:pmsl:

No worries IG you will never have a ride judge in M&M's bar the Royal Welsh! He is looking good :)

The trouble with Icarus is that by the time i've got him collected he's like a little ball of energy and he doesnt quite know how to release it in the right way!:pmsl:
