Molly jumping round 1.05m course

SO proud of my over grown ponio! :D

Went for a hack this morning then decided to pop a few jumps just to have a bit of a confidence boost after our rubbish SJ outing the other night. Dad put the jumps out and wacked some fillers in, mol hasn't jumped at home at all this year and has never jumped most of the fillers before.

She was an absolute star! Didn't even seem to notice the fillers, dad even put my hi-viz on one of the jumps and she happily popped that as well. Put them all up to 1.05m, biggest course i've ever jumped but to be honest she didn't even feel like she was trying lol Was one of those very rare sessions that are perfect, we seemed to hit every jump on a good stride and for once mol just did as she was told with no arguing :D

She's so strange as touch wood she's a pretty genuine jumper and will pop scary stuff but yet she's such a spooky horse in general, sometime she can't even walk to and from the field without prancing and snorting :lol:, she obviously puts her brave pants on when jumping :p

Don't know if any of you remember my home made fillers that i did ages and ages ago that never got used cos i didn't think i'd ever get cinders over them, well they've finally been used! lol

She now gets a week off while i'm away and then the next big things is she's doing the team SJ with our RC in July so that should be fun!

anni bell- yh Simone is very happy thanks, she's enjoying being a lady of leisure :) however, she has been hacking out again, she's not really lame any more just a bit stiff so she's been going on little hacks just in walk which she LOVES! lol

lovely pics she's looking brilliant - it's funny how when a horse is doing something they love suddenly nothing spooks them :P. I used to ride a horse that would freak out at the stupidest things whilst jumping in the school, one day took him out XC he decided he loved it and was suddenly jumping bright blue barrels, brush fences, drops etc without a bother! As soon as we went back in the school he decided a simple blue and red pole was going to eat him.
