And I won my class!!!!!!! :):D:rofl::dance:
Can you believe it?!?!?!?!?!?! I cant!!!!!!! The judged pulled me in and I was like, “Excuse me, have I won?” (Thought I’d better check before I started having hysterics) – and I had!!!!!
It was Novice Ridden, and the judge was a bit of a cow to be honest how she spoke to some of the competitors (some of the horses were a bit excitable) but I don’t care!!!! I have a lovely red rosette and a little plaque which is gorgeous.
It was a really big show, by far the biggest thing Bertie has ever been to. Lots to see like whippet racing, bouncy castle, fire engine, loads of stalls, brass band etc. He was sooooooo good. But it was a long day, my class was about 10.00am and I did the championship at about 11.30. Then my mate stayed to take him in ridden cob which ended up being after 4.00pm, he was so good all day but pretty fed up by the time it came to that class, so came 4th. The standard of cobbies was high and he just wouldn’t go right in canter, just tanked about with his nose in the air bless him. Wont be hanging around all day like that again.
But I was so pleased anyway, feel like I’m on cloud 9!!!!!
Will get the pictures up in the next couple of days.
Did anyone go? We went back yesterday as well and it was really quiet compared to Saturday x
