He did have but they seem to be OK now, it's because his previous owner let his feet go too long without being shod.

Monty gets a lot of cracks, I think hes one once with without them in 2 years :(

Eeek! They didn't actually seem to bother him or affect him at all but I'll keep my eye out for them coming back. Farrier said to wait no longer than 6 weeks for next shoeing as he couldn't fix them in one go but he reckoned I should be able to go a bit longer the following time.

Yeah they are not deeper enough to cause pain but enough to case them cracking, Monty is done ever 4 weeks! and they seem t be never ending, I hope one day his feet are back to normal.

I've made them bigger now, I was worried about them being too big and Lorraine telling me off lol but now I can just blame YOU!! :lol:

If you're putting them on Photobucket, if you click "More options" in the upload box, set it to 640x(whatever it is, I can't remember), and thats the right size for the forums xx
