My new boy :) - Loads, sorry!

Well, here is the start of me bombarding you all with pictures of my new share horsie Rio! He was veryyyy lively today, but still a good boy. Just schooled today, had a few canters and he was like weeeeeee!! I want to go fast! I was like woaa lets not today boy :) Lol.
He's a lovely horse, he had a bit of a strop today when he had to pose for pictures for my nanna.. Haha and virtually dragged me! He didn't get away with it though, he responded when i just shouted rio! & was a good boy :) I felt guilty for telling him off but i think sometimes he thinks he's boss when he isn't... I hope we start to bond well.

Soo thats my new shared horse! Sorry for the overload, i'm just so excited and happy to have him. I'm worried about him not liking me though, i want to just bond with him and play with him but as much as he likes a fuss, he's too busy scoffing with his head down. Any ideas what to do??

is he is a nice ride?
what I did to bribe Capper to come to me and make a fuss was everyday I brought an apple or something and forced him to come over to get it everytime I went to get him in and now he comes up to me and nibbles me even when I don't have treats because I forget now hehe he doesn't mind!

I know me neither! His owner is lovely and laid back too which really helps .. shes like yep come down, ride him when ever do what ever etc.. Really good to have found someone like her to share him with.
He's very nice to ride, laid back but forward going too! We had a few canters today in the school and after that he was like i want to gooo!! & we had problems with brakes but he wasn't fast, just didn't want to walk lol. Hes very good to shout over and catch and to tack up he's like mouth wide open not bothered! Bless him. I feel mean cos i haven't even bought him any treats yet! Poor babba x

Ohhh i'm so out of sync with everyone aswell! I've just come back and posted all pics of Rio lol! Hehe. Don't worry .. I didn't really warn anybody i'd end up with him :) lol.

He's shared :) .. Basically his owner has been promoted and will be working away and based elsewhere so its going to be really hard for her to come down and care for him, he doesn't get ridden much at the minute. Its a month before she goes but i've been going down now to get used 2 him and ride him etc. So far so good .. I can't leave him alone, i bet he'll get real ****** off with me harrassing him in the field all the time! LOL x

Me too! I couldn't wait to finish work and get to the yard, my little legs couldn't get me there fast enough!
