Dexter today!

Spent most the day at the yard today, grooming him and then tacked him up for our long ride!

Oliver, his best friend who we hacked with today -Also I used to ride this chap when I was a 10yr old! Hes now in his 20's but hes doing amazing, was great to be re united with him again

I love him already! I've ridden him everyday and hes been a star! We had one spook today but he didn't go anywhere! Went past tractors that hes meant to be scared of, he looked but I rode him on and he was great! I didn't canter today, we had a long ride and the ponies where so relaxed and loving it, had a fantastic time :) I'm so pleased i've found Dexter! He's going to help me no end.

You're right, he's gorgeous! And such a confidence giver for you. He is a bit overweight but that will soon drop the more you ride him, mind you, saying that, Charlie is being ridden everyday and is still huge! But he's in a field with too much grass! x

Oh I know its quite hard keeping the weight off isn't it!!

Haha, yeah he is shiny! He's got a nice coat on him. He's a bit of a ponce, he stays clean, doesn't roll and loves being groomed lol. I like to keep him looking good, his coat comes up lovely :)

Ahhhh I know Tiaki I rode through the woods! Woop woop :D I can't wait to hack him on friday that way on my own! :) We'll go for a canter this time, I trust him. :)
