Sorry did not make the title very clear did I!
Thought I would try and see how everybody's tastes vary so...
1. What would you choose to do with your horse if you really wanted to let off steam?
Hunting I think. Exhausting for me, exhilirating for him
2. What is the most satisfying activity?
Maybe a flatwork lesson, we always seem to learn a lot.
3. What would you choose if you wanted to give yourself a good fright?
Go racing :)
4. What do you do when you've had a bad day and are short of time?
Quick hack with a good canter - or work on acceleration and control in the sulky in our neighbour's field.
5. What do you choose as a treat for your horse?
Not so sure about this, hacking is his favourite and he loves exploring new territory so probably a good long hack. Or maybe driving, he loves driving.
6. What about a 'quiet day' for the pony, after an exhausting session the day before maybe?
Plod round the lanes. Or day off of course.
7. What do you do when you're bored of everything else?
Ride bareback.
Your turn!

1. What would you choose to do with your horse if you really wanted to let off steam?
A hack with some good gallops. No jumping, when I'm stressed it just makes me muck things up and get worse.
2. What is the most satisfying activity?
Jumping gridwork.
3. What would you choose if you wanted to give yourself a good fright?
Try to lunge him ;)
4. What do you do when you've had a bad day and are short of time?
Short schooling session
5. What do you choose as a treat for your horse?
Cross country jumping.
6. What about a 'quiet day' for the pony, after an exhausting session the day before maybe?
Day off or fine-tuned walk work (really under-rated how useful it is) with lengthening and collecting the stride and responding to subtle changes
7. What do you do when you're bored of everything else?
Maybe I'm odd - I've never been bored of everything else? But everything else for me is gaming, cross country, dressage, jumping, trails, bareback, ground work - I do all of these relatively frequently. Hard to get bored!
