Constructive Critisism Welcolm, i know i need to shorten my reins!

I wouldnt shorten your reins a lot, maybe a few inches, thats all. You need to lift your hands a little so there is a straight line form your elbow to the bit. Thats the first thing i noticed :)

I noticed the same as IcarusGirl, just lift your hands up slightly and slightly but only slightly shorten your reins.

agree with the above (was also first thing i noticed)

only other thing i would mention is try and bring your lower leg back under you just a touch, it seems to slip forwards sometimes and you get an 'armchair' seat
