I am thinking of starting my own part livery business, offering the following:
grass turn out
& the option of turning out, catching, grooming and feeding
for £60 per week, do you think this is a reasonable price??
please share any other ideas....

I've paid 25-35 on stable, grazing, adlib hay/haylege and straw and a choice of either turning out or bringing in.
That leaves give or take around £5 a day extra for mucking out, grooming, the extra in or out and preparing feeds etc.
£60 for everything except exercise is pretty good if you have the money to put a horse on livery.

Yard in my area does part livery - mucking out, bedding, turn out, bring in, feet picked out, legs washed off, rug changes, night checks, feeding, hay or haylage, use of facilities and charge £400 per month.

I paid £65 for turn out, bring in, feed am and pm, 2 muckouts a week, all hay and shavings

Take the grooming bit out and you'd pay £75 per week around here for that.
Also be careful about including all bedding as some horses go through it like mad. Most livery yards specify x amount of bales/bags and any extra required added to bill, same goes for hay. Some will eat in excess of a bale a day, can be pricey.
If you include everything, you might get someone who wants a massive bed and you'll be out of pocket. Same goes with feed so please be careful
