He kicked sisco in the back leg this morning for no reason, poor sisco was hopping around on 3 legs for a while it must have stunned him, he used to be so hardy, Wizz really is not a good companion pony.:sad-no::mad:

They can be such monsters sometimes but unfortunately thats just natural hehaviour for them. It may have looked to you like there was no reason but Wizz obviously thought that there was a very good reason !:rolleyes:

I have never seen Baby so much as show her backend to another horse (she'll happily kick us though if we irritate her :lol:) but Chip will kick out, usually with one leg if another horse invades his space.

Unfortunately wizz has done this before, hes a right little ***, he can be quite aggressive towards them, mainly at feed time, but hes does it for no reason most of the time, I did wonder if he was a rig but I suppose it could be the way he was treated in the past.

SAW- Sisco's doing a lot better now, He tried to escaped and walked through the electric fencing so I had to leg it to catch him before he galloped off.

if he usually does it at feeding time does that not explain why he's doing it ?! hes just protecting what he thinks is his can you not seperate them to feed them

fudgie - Well its was about 20 mintues after feed time, no buckets etc around, he didn't have a reason to kick him, sisco is very placid and will not fight back, wizz is just a bully.
