I brought 2 lightweight, weatherbetta? turnouts last year, I only used them March this year when it snowed and the last 2 weeks sisco has had his on, I noticed the colour has run in the smaller one and I swear its leaking. They were from Robinson's, would I be able to complain and get my money back or swap or its it far too long?

Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately due to the length of time that has lapsed since purchase which was 28th March 2008 we are unable to offer you a refund/replacement on this item.

Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of Robinsons Country Leisure for any inconvenience you feel you have been caused.
Kind regards

Worth a try though:sad-no:

If its under a year I *think* you can still return things but only if they've not been used. Give them a call and ask, have you still got proof of purchase and tags etc?

YEP!:

Shoppers with faulty goods are being routinely denied repairs or replacements because they are not told about their rights under a guarantee scheme. EU law creates a minimum period of two years in which a faulty product can be returned, and in England and Wales the figure is six years. But many High Street stores are denying customers these rights, either because the staff don't know the law or because they think they can get away with it. Generally, retailers hide behind the offer of a standard one-year guarantee and refuse to do anything when this lapses. Consumer experts say this means they are failing to abide by the law. Most shoppers are in the dark about their rights and often simply throw out a faulty product.

If there's any evidence of it being used then they most likely wont refund them! This sounds the typical problem with the Requisite rugs, although its worth a try!

BC - I thought they were going to be ok because they weren't the requesting range, it was made my W/Beeta, Landa Freestyle Std Turnout, so expected better quality, I don't by their requisite range anymore because they don't last long, the stitching comes undone with in weeks.

I've emailed them, My details of the order are still in their database when I log into robisions.
