Does anyone have a Loan with View to Buy agreement?

As the title says really.

It is for a loan with view to buy, really needs to state buying costs etc and the loanee having first refusal to buy at a certain price.

Mine is the standard BHS loan agreement, altered as needed and with an added clause to state who much we have gareed that I'll pay for her and by what date. My scanner's broken I'm afraid and I only have a hard copy!
