well went to see the yard today and although it needs a lot of tidying up, it has alot of good things about it!!

we have 3 acres, 4 stables, 2 normal size and 2 pony size. there is two barns one is huge and can be converted into two more stables just in case i need them.

theres a lot of farm machinery there, two tractors and bits and pieces that need moving, and crap scattered about the place that needs clearing.

there is also a flat area im going to fence and use as a school for now!

Looks like it could be a really nice tidy little place, you could probably use one of the barns for another field shelter type stable if you needed to as well

well i move in at the beginning of next month although i can go down as of now to start tidying the place up! get to keep the tractors too lol

its £100 pm plus water rates which is on a meter. thats split between two of us. one of the first things we need to do is get transport so we can get our first couple of horses in, so looking around for a 3.5 box or trailer now!
