He's a lovely boy. Tell us more about him. :)

he's 15hh tb x id 11yr old gelding dont really know much about his past apart from a famliy friend was selling him has he has no rider and had been wasted in a field for 2 yrs. later his old owners sister added me on facebook and told me he was bought from baz jones(which he is on some off his documents) and the people the bought him said they were double jointed so it took them a while to get on and he started going crazy and they said he had been doped which is why he was left in the field but i was told he had not done anything for 2yr then i found out it was 4years
when he 1st came to me he looked nothing like this and when i 1st when to get on him i could tell he was scared he started rearing up and i could see fear in his eyes so i took things really slow and he started letting me get on and it didnt bother at all we were hacking out schooling and even had a pop over a little jump untill he got bit of the runs from some rich hayledge which flared his sore back up and he ditched me twice in 20mins which was like him i felt his back and could tell it was sore so i got the back women out she said she taught he had a sore back and thats why he wouldnt let them get on and he had changed shape too so his addle was too narrow she said i bought a bargin my 450 project horse

sorry for going on but this horse is my horse of a life time and im very proud of how far he has come :-) he even let my friends daughter have a ride on him too

Had to look back at this thread to hear his story :)

He is a credit to you, a really nice looking boy. Whats your plan with him now then, is he having time off from ridden work, if so how long till you can ride again?

he looks lovely & kind. As for condition, for a horse having time off he's looking really well - mines just had 2 weeks off & has appeared to have doubled in size!!
