Please help .. performing horses beginning with L?

I have to admit, I know next to nothing about horses. My girlfriend, on the other hand, used to own horses as a child and her parents still do.
A week ago, we went to a small circus and they had a few horses performing there, they would trot around the ring and peel off one-by-one, walk backwards or stand on their back legs.
We spoke about the acts afterwards and she told me how she would love to go to L********* because it's all horses doing that sort of thing but on a much bigger scale.
I would like to keep an eye open for this event so that I can surprise her with tickets one day but the trouble is, the only thing I can remember about the name of this event was that it began with 'L'!!!
Any ideas what it might be?

They do shows at the NEC. I went one year and really enjoyed it. I found it very good value for money too and we got GREAT seats :)

As others said I would imagine she was referring to the Lipizzaner stallions. There is the Spanish Riding School Lipizzaners (from Austria - the proper ones) then there are the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions (from the USA), who both do tours from time to time including visits to the UK. However, as far as I know neither currently have plans to hold shows in the UK at the moment so she may have to wait a while ... unless you are planning a holiday to Austria :)
