I have a copy as that is what we used when I loaned Ollie and Maisie. Will probably still have a copy for sentimental reasons. Will try and find it

Glad you found it as I haven't found mine yet - still a couple of boxes to check through.
That sounds like the one, as you fill in who is the borrower and who is the owner etc

Word of warning... double check what you are covered for under your insurance and the horse with regards to disciplins. So the loaner of the horse knows 110% whats they are allowed to do with the horse. I know a few people who found loop holes one this section, and sadly the owner didn't have a leg to stand on.

Im the one loaning the horse so will i be paying the insurance or will the owner? what do people usually do im quite new to loaning, if i was loaning a horse to someone else i would pay the insurace myself i think

I went 50/50 on insurance this year with the people that have Spock on full loan. Some people prefer the owner to pay the insurance, others want the person loaning to pay... Up to you and the owner really.

We are still paying for Xen's insurance so it is in our name but her loaners are paying us the money for it.
We were told by our ins company that we should keep the policy in our name!

Yeah, sorry should of said like XWP policy still in my dads name, dad pays it, and the loaners pay my dad half of the total of that year.
