AHHHHHHHHHHH :'( Vet visit tomorrow

Im so scared, I know what he's going to say, but I'm still absolutely bricking it as I will just break down hearing it but I can't when her owners there, I really can't, she's feeling it so much and I should be strong for her, and most of all for Star.
We're making it for tomorrow instead as then we both have tuesday off to talk everything through properly together and get our heads round it and get it together.
I love that pony far too much to be able to let her go, don't feel like i physically can, obviously I will have to, but she will be taking such a huge part of me with her. I miss her when I don't see her for a day, let alone the rest of my life.

thank you all for the lovely comments, they are so supportive and encouraging, the vets coming at 5pm tonight, i tell you what, theres still life in old dog yet, she happily let herself out of her little stable during the night and just stayed out all night, when yard owner came to feed she had the shock of her life when starlettttttt was waiting at the gate for her, then when trying to catch her she kept legging it and bucking and rearing! finally got her in though!!
Just been to check on her and she was led down, wide awake though, legs are really swollen and warm, but we'll see what the vet says x
