If she's got a BSJA (or BS as they are now) passport she may have done some affiliated jumping. An easy way to see is to go the the British Showjumping website, click on membership which is to the left, 3rd option down. Then to the right of the page there is a horse search option, type in the name in the passport. See if it comes up. To see the record you have to pay. :( But at least you'll know if she has jumped. What I tend to do is phone up once I've established through the online search the horse is registered. You can phone up and ask them to search a horse for you, either by name or number on the BS sticker and they'll tell you the horses winnings and in what class.

As for not wanting to jump in the field, are they set big? Maybe she's stale, been over jumped and no longer enjoys it? Is she properly warmed up when you try to jump her in the field? Is the ground a lot harder in the field than in the woods?
