Denim Breeches - anyone have them?

If so, what brand do you have and would you recommend them? How are they in terms of fit, appearance etc?

I currently have some Shires Denim Jods but I was thinking of getting some breeches as they will probably fit better under my long leather boots (currently have to get my boots on under my jods to make them work).

Cheers :) x

I used to have the HacTac ones! This was many moons ago when horsey clothing was far simpler and people didn't really wear skinny jeans! lol! HacTac was the brand to have back then but I don't even know if they still do them. I remember they did take a bit of wearing in, but after that were very comfortable. I loaned mines to a friend and she fell off and put a hole in the knee! lol!

I used to have some Hac-Tac ones ages ago - hated them!. I was brought them by a lady-friend, so I felt 'obliged' to wear them :ashamed:

I always wear breeches and usually the higher wasited ones, i think they look so much smarter,

i really like the denim ones but havent managed to buy any yet, knetucky have a gorgeous pair that are kind of like a black kind of denim with a greyish seat that i really fancy but the price tag is crazy for them, just cant justify that much on some jods, also seen some nice kingsland ones which look lovely on as well but soo pricey

Smile and Wave I love the look of the Kingsland ones too (not seen the other ones) but they are sooo pricey

A few votes for ladies hac tac then.

They actually sell them in a local tack shop so I'll get to try a pair on before I buy too :)

I *had* denim breeches. Got them from Robinsons. They fit okay but took a while to properly give, by which time they had got worn out from the movement in the saddle. So stear clear of Requisite brand!
