stable bandages

I bandage Scottie on a night when he is in. :)

Scottie is only bandaged due to his age. Although his forlegs are quite sound compared to his hind, he usually is bandaged now during the cold weather, plus weaving in a morning wont do his old tendons any good.

He has some hardy chaps for out in the field which are really good, but doesnt have them on when it is majorly muddy as they can clag up.

I will use legwraps in the worst of the cold as Uva can get quite stiff in the stable and her legs fill when she gets cold and stands still. Her old owner used to do this and it made all the difference!

yepp :) Kiwi gets all four leggies nicely wrapped up overnight when he is in. I use bog standard stable bandages but will be looking to invest in magnet wraps for him in the new year :)

I dont, dont need to but would start if Ollies legs started to get fat overnight,

At work my boss uses those stable wraps instead for thier legs as everyone can put them on, we dont really have anything that has filling legs but she likes to use them to keep thier legs warm and clean

i use them on monts as his legs fill up really badly, really easily!

We bandage the night before hunting, after scrubbing 8 white legs until they are spotless the bandages stop stable stains! (unless you're Freebie cob who still mananges to get poo stains under the bandages :pmsl: )
