I going to put Damaris, my Fjord mare, up for sale. But, I don't know for what price she can go. Her potential as a broodmare or a sport-Fjord is really high. She is now a 2 1/2 year old. Earlier this year she was champion of the 2 year old mares. Damaris is 1.43 M and still growing! She is sweet and wouldn't hurt a fly! Really wants to work for you. She has had a saddle on her back, she didn't do anything. Used to the bridle and has no problems. No problems with teeth, bones, muscles and no bad manners in her stable.

I really have no idea what price a Fjord would be, I take it she is registered and papered.
Also are you in Holland cause im guessing prices over there will differ to what will be paid in the UK.
I know a few on EW would snap her up for a good price

ps Is that you showing her, love your hair (totally off topic!)

Agree very much with VM's reply. I don't really know what they go for, but especially difficult to say as you don't live in the UK. And yes, you'd have lots of takers on this board

Thanks for so far! Some people in Scotland and Wales are interested in her, and I would of liked a 'guide' price. As I don't know how the pounds worth at the moment, constantly changing!

for a decent 2 year old, over 1200 i dont think is unreasonable. The fact she is obviously a very good stamp of her breed and well natured with it will add more. Personally i think about 1700 but wouldn't be surprised to see it more or less.

What price would you feel is too low to let her go for? then work up to what you would like for her and then add on a little bit more for haggling room.

Hope you dont find this cheeky but what would your asking price be? I would like to know if a good Fjord papered and registered is as expensive as a Friesian
