Just wondering if anyone has done any of these short courses, and could tell me a little bit of what sort of things they entail (i don't know anything at all really about distance learning!) Is it just working at home throughout the whole course? I had a look on the website but can't seem to access alot of the pages (probably something to do with the internet connection i'm on at the moment in Japan!) so i'd be grateful if anyone could enlighten me:D

The short courses are just single modules for you to do at home. I did the senior horsemasters 2 course for a bit of fun when i couldnt see my boys. It was all set out pretty well [although admittedly didnt look at all the notes!]

Lovely people there too

you can get a big prospectus sent if you want, its quite handy i get sent them as i considered doing something with them, the way i understand it is you can pay module by module and do them in your own time for things like a degree or an ND or anything like that there doesnt seem to be a time scale for it either

Thanks for your replies.
Will definitley look it into it more when i'm back in the UK. not sure if they'd fancy shipping a prospectus to asia:D

They do international home studies :)

The course material is pretty good.

You cant do Degrees without doing experience there at the college.
