We did another dressage test

Even though i hate hate hate dressage - i get sooooooo stressed, throw up and don't sleep for a week before, I keep putting myself through it.

We did prelim 15...again (cos i know that one so less stressful)

We came 14th out of 25
We got 60% - (my trainer got 59% and a snotty girl from our yard on her £10,000 warmblood got 57% )
first place got 65.8% - so not bad.

Most of the comments were ' could have been rounder'

We get totally different comments every time we go.

So chunky cobs can do dressage!:cheekywink:

lol I like the last bit... My last dressage test i did (It was some years ago lol!) The top 5 were all cobby types!! ;)

Of course chunky cobs can do dressage did you not see the size of my Dennis he got scores in the 70% region before and he was a huge boy

keep going and doing some you will chill out eventually and relax into it, i find it much less stressful than showing becasue your only competing in the arena with yourself so it doesnt feel as stressy and competative

I'm getting slightly less stressed every time i go.

When i am in the arena all i can think about is what comes next rather than thinking about my riding.

At home we can work nice and round. In a test - i just want to hurry up, get it over and done with without forgetting the test - and get out!!!
