Are Traditional Cobs, Gypsy Cobs and Irish Cobs all one and the same?

Traditional cobs generally is a loose term to descrice your average cob - i.e coloured stocky horse with lots of feather.
Gypsy cob can describe a horse coming from a traveller, but is also used to described the gypsy vanner breed.
And irish cobs are the typical cob you get from ireland, not an actual breed - they have all sorts in them.
