Distinctive Coloured Mare *pics*

Info wanted on coloured mare, approx 13.2h, estimated 12 - 14 years old.. We know her history over approximately the past 8 years but are looking for anything further back than this.. She has very distinctive markings.. She is white all over other than her face, a small marking on her chest and slightly larger marking on her hip area on the left side. She has a wall eye to the right. All her hooves are white.
