So far i've come up with:-

Sharer wanted for 16h black Friesian gelding. Good to box, clip, farrier, hacks alone or in company, well schooled but green. Competent rider required, sorry no novices.

To be kept on assisted DIY near Malpas, Cheshire.
Facilities include all weather floodlit arena, wash box, secure tack room, farm ride, excellent hacking.

Opportunity to compete and use of horse trailer available.

Charlie is good to hack but can sometimes lack confidence alone but as long as the rider is confident he is fine, that;s why i'be put no novices. He can be spooky but just looks mainly, he's never spun or anything. He's never reared but sometimes can do a buck when asked to canter if he's full of it!!

Also, what can I put about days to share, i'd like someone to share the weekdays and then perhaps alternate weekends but i'm pretty flexible.

I'd also be looking for financial contribution but that will depend on how many days the sharer would be doing.

This was the old advert I used for him last time I advertised (about 3 years ago!)

Charlie, 16hh, 5yr Friesian Gelding offered for part share, to be kept at current assisted DIY yard near Malpas, Cheshire. I'm looking for a reliable, experienced person, 16+ to share on alternate weekends (Fri - Sun inclusive) and every Monday & Tuesday. Charlie is good to hack alone & in company and is good to school, he is also good to catch, with farrier, load etc, he is just a little green and needs a confident rider due to his age. Full use of all weather menage and gallop track plus excellent off road hacking. The sharer will have the opportunity to show & compete if interested. The sharer must have adequate rider insurance and a share agreement will be drafted. Financial contribution of 25.00 per week all inclusive. Please contact Jo on xxxx.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I like the sound of your old share advert better hun. It contains nearly everything you've put in your new advert but it's much more personable. If I was looking for another share (I share at the moment) I would be much more likely to call from your old advert than the new one.

Just tweak the old one with his new age, use of trailer available, and perhaps something about his personality and what a lovey lad he is.

£25 per week is very reasonable for everything they're getting. I would bite your hand off for that! Although you could put it down as an approx figure depending on the number of days they are going to share.

Hope that helps?

Yes I see what you mean, it sounds alot friendlier doesn't it! That'll teach me to prepare an advert in a hurry! I'll just tweak it slightly. x
