View Full Version : Yay I finally have a new horse!!

Well after pulling out of the sale for the black connemara, I thought maybe stop looking and wait till Agords sold...

I then had a friend from my yard telling me her sister's daugher went to view a horse but wasn't going to buy him as he was strong going into jumps, but may be right up my street!

So I thought what the heck I may as well go look as his just up the road.

Now he isn't much of a looker when you see him in the stable, and I don't tend to go for cobs and he was well over my price range!

But I felt so safe riding him! His canter is amazing from on top, and when going into a jump he takes a hold as if thats all he wants to do is jump :)

So I'm hoping this is the little guy thats going to get my confidence back jumping.

hes a lovely cob,he feels right and if hes good at jumping and will help your confidence and you can compete a good safe horse is worth there weight in gold

I think he's gorgeous just my type I love him, hope you get your confidence back on him you should do though looks like he enjoys it. Good luck keeping him clean though :D

Hes gorgeous!! Best of luck with him. Is the blue in his colour noticeable then? Can't see it in the pics on the ad!

Where he's clipped at the moment you can see it, but its not really in your face, just a big blue blob on his chest.

Oh wow! What a stunner! He has an amazing jump. Not very 'cobby' anyway as he is quite light. Well done - I think you've made a great choice! :)

He looks like he loves his jumping, which will be great for getting your confidence back.
Cant wait to see some more photos.
