Anyone know of any little shows near me?

Need some little no pressure shows to take Lucy to this summer we need some lead rein classes possibly handy pony maybe lead rein jumping if we get some practise in and Ernie feels upto it. We are in Bolsover which is near Chesterfield Derbyshire. Thanks

Wingerworth show ground is just off J29 so should be in hacking distance from Bolsover. I'm hacking there with a friend from Stanton hill.

I've not been before but my friend says it is a very friendly little show and supports the newbies and the nervous which she was when she first started.

If you google wingerworth riding club they will come up at the top of the list. Once you have the website open click on the dates for the schedule.

I have a trailer and a less than willing hubby LOL so I will be having lessons from him to drive it so close is better to start till I am used to pulling it although I don't think going forwards can be that hard its the going back I am not sure about.

Wingerworth show ground is at the Twin Oaks motel which is the same road I keep mine on so that would be great. I can walk to that. We could meet up. I used to live at Stanton Hill many years ago.

Yeah that would be great. We're all geared up to go to the first one on the 18th April. If we don't speak again before Zeb is a 14.2 Palomino and I'll be in brown tweed looking about 12 years old :lol: I'm going to do the veteran classes.

What classes do you plan to do?
