Default how much for a nice safe small pony?

how much would i be looking at to spend on a pony 12.2hh to max 14hh as a mother/son share. it would need to be bomproof and safe with children.

True little bombproof ponies are like gold dust. Having glanced at the Pony Club website classifieds a genuine established pony seems to be fetching around 2,500 to 3,000 (pcuk.org).
I personally think it would be worth buying through a Pony Club home as you can get genuine references for the pony from the DC of the pony club.
