Default A Pixie post ...
Ok, as some of you may have seen I'vew been asking about rider weights in another post ...

So here is the reason why ...

Meet Pixie ...





Sorry no more photo's as my camera is broken and these were the only 2 I could find on my pc!

Pixie belongs to one of my best friends she's 19 years old and my friend (we'll call her L) has owned her since she was 6 months old.

I met L back in 98 when I moved from Aberdeen to Stockport ... in 2001 L was nealy killed when an idiot driver decided to over take on a blind corner and hit her head on ... I helped look after Pix for about 6 months and then she came to live with me ... I took on a child (we'll call her N) and between us we looked after Pix for 4 years until I moved and left L and N looking after her between them. Which they have been doing up until now ...

N had a baby at the end of March so can't help L as much as she was. L's health has gone backwards again ... so after a very tearfull phone call om Tuesday from L it was obvious L wasn't coping so we decided that I'd come and get Pixie to give everyone a bit of respite.

After an epic 5 hour round trip we got Pixie home at 10pm on Wednesday!

And now I'm stuck for a rider and she is seriously over weight!

I'll post more pics when I become joined to a camera again!

Pixie is stunning! Can't wait to see more photos of your ever-growing herd. Hope L is feeling better soon.

She is lovely!! Sorry to hear L isn't feeling great, hope she gets better soon. Fingers crossed you get a great rider for her. (also looking forward to more pics)

Oh she's sooo cute!! Sounds like you having her will benefit everybody, I hope you manage to find her a nice rider
