If it has a big rip in it they probably wouldn't refund you because it could have been done since you bought it, but in this case I can't see why they wouldn't. If the receiver bits are on each side then it might just be the belly bit missing like Anni says, in which case they should be able to just send you that bit. Otherwise I'd imagine they'd do a full replacement. Are you sure the belly bit isn't in the bag? Not trying to say you're stupid, it's just a mistake I've made before

, no I tipped the bag upside down and looked eveywhere I'd been to double check!

Double checked the pictures and blurb too in case it was a missing belly piece but it's just meant to have 3 straight surcingles.
