Ridden Wigs at last!

Both pretty awful photos but still proof I do ride & don't just spend my time giving him lots a baths!

Jumping last week, we'd taken a few flyers in this session..slapped myself for the appauling position/lack of position!


And flatwork yesterday, after a week of incredibly easy work due to a lose shoe & general lack of time we had some interesting moments. We've definitely found forwards, containing the energy is another matter on days like this but most of the time he's 99% there..just not yesterday The leaning forwards thing is more of a 'get of his back and let him get on with it' than being a complete weirdo!

Wigs!!!!!! He's such a lovely looking horse even with stains on him.
He looks very strong and 'up for it' in the second picture, I get the whole getting off their back thing, I do it with Roulette when she's mega full of herself so she can really move and stretch herself out.
You're both looking really good, you seem like such a good team and on the same page x

Definitely enjoying life today..we hit the stubble fields properly for the first time this year ealier!
Strange thinking 5 strides of a half decent canter was an achievement last October, so pleased with how he's coming along now he trusts me.
