Default This is how much I trust my horse

We went for a little pootle today with just a headcollar on he was fab!

Just goes to show how much of a gentleman he is, he's an absolute star. Amazing how much my confidence has grown! I could never imagine me doing that 4 months ago!

That's fantastic. Can't really see with fly rug on, but he looks to have lost loads of weight and is looking fab. So glad you had him re-vetted.

I'd have no chance riding Ted with a headcollar. He's not daft - he'd just head towards the nearest pile of grass and that would be it!

He did try and turn round twice so I had to try and drag him with the leadrope, dig my heel in and swing the end of the leadrope at his bum till he turned back round I did think at that moment, crap I am completely helpless up here, but I know he'd never do anything! Such a nice feeling!

Josh was like, "Have you ever done this before?" "Nope" "Why'd you have to do it when I'm here?!"

Aww well done!
The best way to do it is a leadrope each side of the headcollar. I used to do this with Megan when I couldn't be bothered to tack up
