SmallHunter can tell one end of a horse from the other
Default My herd :D

I thought I'd put some pictures up of my lot as I'm new.
First Kane 17hh KWPN had him for 2 years when we got him he looked like this.

and now he looks like this

Then we have B 15hh Appaloosa X who we got as a 3 year old and have had for 6 years. She's my baby and certainly not the crazy rearer we were told she was when we were given her. We do showing mostly as she doesn't like jumping much but this winter we are going to try some dressage.

Then Tinks and Rocky mother and son Reg Welsh section A's who we were given 6 months ago. Tinks was a bit of a nervous wreck when we got her and if you tried to touch her feet she tried to kick your teeth in. She's much better now and will stand like a good girl for the farrier to trim her and we have just got to get on with rebacking her.
Rocky is a superstar though he has none of his mum's nervousness and is bold as brass. At six months old he very nearly died and spent a 2 weeks at rossdales. Since we have got him he has been to 3 shows and 1 champ show with my dad in both his youngstock classes he has been the highest placed yearling and at the champs he got 6th out of 13. He has also done well in M+M classes against the adults coming 5th out of 13 at the champs. He didn't bat an eyelid at the tannoys or music that went on the whole day and was just a little poppet.
Tinks

Rocky at his first ever show

and finally the old man Duke 22 year old sec A who we have had for 9 years he taught lots of kids to ride when my mum gave lessons but is now happily retired.
