What does everyone have planned for this weekend then?? Anything exciting?? Who's competing this weekend or are you just having a nice time at home with the ponies??
Me, well nothing too exciting actually Am hoping my sister will come for a hack with me later on so that I can get Kiwi and Abbey out together, which will be the first time. My sister is THE only other person I will let ride Kiwi/Abbey. Dylan can be ridden by whoever wants to ride him So that's the plan for today, weather depending. Tomorrow I want to do some work with Dylan, would be nice to do some long reining down the bridlepath and maybe ride Abbey again tomorrow.
What you lot up to??

Surprise surprise I have a show on Sunday so today I'll be bathing and plaiting and tomorrow I'll be up bright and early for my 9am class. I'm only doing the 1 though and it's about 20mins hack away so I'm taking her home straight after then going back to watch Reeeeally hope it stays dry. There's a gypsy's curse on the show saying it will always rain. Seems to ring true!
was out last night with the gang from the yard so this morning i didnt make it up to the yard till 12 noon!!
Went to take b for a ride, but he was really sluggish and then when i got on (after our 20 min in hand warm up walk) he was lame!! Turned out to be a stone wedged between his frog and his shoe so flicked it out and lead him home to chill in the field (where i promply fell asleep!! )
Nothing doing tonight and tomorow not sure, might ride, might give him the day off, he's been a bit sleepy recently, think all this extra riding in the hols is catching up on him!
Rode three horses today only planned to do two but when i went to ride the new big horse the owners friends horse was playing up so i had a ride on something a bit more itneresting, i do love a good bronc and spin once in a while,
rode ollie as well, we are off to our first affiliated competition tomorrow
