Livery yards in the south of Bristol

Hey everyone

Me and OH are looking to buy a house in Bristol and i wondered if there are actually any decent livery yards in the south of bristol, outside of the brislington type area, up to 15mins outside say. I dont want to move but i suppose if we find the right house then it would be silly not to buy it. I only know north bristol/south glos for livery yards.
So if any one knows of any i would love to hear from you.

the BHS have a list of approved livery yards, other than that i would have no idea where to look, the BHS check for things like standards health and safety good management and other things that you would want to look at if you were going to check out a place

Hi Astra, I don't know of any specifically in Bristol but There are quite a few yards in our area, I live about 8 miles south of Bristol Airport and there are plenty around by me but you may not wish to travel that far although the riding around here might be nicer as we have the Mendips.
One nice yard I know of is Roughmoor Stables they have a website so just google it. Jayne Smart owns and runs that and shes ace (Top trainer as well)
A few more near me are Millfort House, Orchard Bank Stables, Blackdown Liveries. Hope your move goes well x There are also some nice yards in the Failand area.
I think most of these yards might be a bit far for what you want to travel but its all food for thought

Theres also quite a few keynsham/ whitchurch/ dundry way - dont know any in particular though
