Troy is so fit at the moment - which is good apart from he is getting much stronger.

Was schooling tonight in the arena - Troy was feeling a bit full of himself - cue me trying to be a good rider and hold him with my seat and my core.......
so much so I have take the skin off my bum!

OH is at asda now buying sudocrem

Wow, how bizarre! I've got a sore bum from where I was sat on it for 6 hours yesterday doing a first aid course, usually I'm up and walking all day. Never thought you could get that...
