Default Ridden pics!

Since we are now grounded we did some schooling instead of our usual Friday afternoon hack...

Do I really have to work?

WILL NOT!!!

Oh OK then...

Bit blurry and terrible position on my part...

Loose rein for a good little horse (eventually!)

Mother, you've killed me again

Thanks everyone
Gem, I'm really pleased with how she's looking, thanks for mentioning it It very much helps that she lives on fresh air but doesn't appear to chunk up on it!

Cat, yes, it is indeed my new saddle I can assure you that it is totally thanks to the new saddle that my leg is in a good position! It does seem to make me tip forward a bit when I'm not concentrating, but that's just because of the way I used to compensate in my GP I think.

Stepbystep Thank you! Lovely of you to say that My position is largely thanks to a lovely saddle - unfortunately it can't do anything with my hands!!!

Pie, haha, yes - there was a lot going on in and around the school, and she never concentrates as well in the outdoor anyway. Husband didn't manage to catch her rodeo-pony impression when I first asked for right canter, but that was the strop that followed it!

you will be tipping becasue your doing he usual im in a dressage saddle lets ride really long that people tend to do, warm up without stirrups just in the walk and do some leg off exercises to open the hips out which will make your legs hang longer naturally and then you shouldnt tip the same as you will of streched your legs out, alternatively go up half a hole and work on lengtehning your leg before putting them down again, also concentrate on 'zipping your tummy up' to help tilt your hips the correct way, there are some very good pilaties exercises which help the core muscles which ebenfit riders so much

Did you buy a K&M in the end, i liked mine i will probably buy one for kizzie when i can afford they are a nice saddle
