Default introducing Elf (riding holiday photos)

I've not long got back from our University Riding Club trip to Wales! We went last year as well, and it's been awesome both years. Both times I have been given the "quirky baby Warmblood" Elf to ride. Last year he was a devil to trek out, this year an absolute love. He is one of the few horses I've ever sat on that I would take home in a heartbeat, and he is now very much for sale as he just doesn't have a job at the Centre (people too scared to ride him!).

So, if anyone would like to buy me this cracking ginger baby WB, or would like him for their own.. let me know. He is quirky but he's sweet, genuine and responsive with lovely paces and manners and a HUGE jump!

On the last day he lost a shoe and was a bit too footsore to be ridden, so I had an elderly chestnut mare called Meg who was pretty awesome too - flew over everything I pointed her at and went very sweetly when she wasn't trying to disappear round the school with me

Anyway, photos!

This is Meg:

And my lovely, lovely Elf!

Still think you should convince Carrignton to buy him
Can't believe I'm not going to be getting drunk with you anymore and riding of course!

We have matching ponytails, its meant to be..

He's called Elf because as a foal he had massive, massive ears bless him!

Haha Anni I would LOVE to get Carrington to buy him, but then I'd have a horrible Elf/Jim dilemma when I got up there. Think he'll be too much ££ and too sharp for them anyway We will still be getting drunk together lots lovely, and playing ponies too.. just not quite as often
