Default The babies go showing...

Despite almost being picked up off the road and blown away in Mabel, we made it to our show Honey's class was first, open 2yr old. It was a pretty strong class with a couple of big section Ds in it. She behaved impeccably and the judge said she was showing the big ones how to behave I was so proud of her when we got pulled in 3rd, beating the big flash Ds! The judge said she was 'a cracker'

Jasmine was next in the open foal class. She was a very good girl but had a couple of levitation moments, thankfully mostly when the judge wasn't looking She trotted out beautifully and that was good enough for 3rd, coming behind 2 very nice foals. Very good girl

The next class was one for both of them - M&M small breeds (exc welsh). Vicky F very kindly offered to run Honey for me, which was fantastic as it meant they could both get the experience. Both girls performed very nicely and Jasmine got pulled in 2nd with Honey 3rd The winner was a lovely little dartmoor, oozing quality, so I was very happy for Jas to come 2nd to that! The judge made a lovely comment at the end when she realised they were both mine, saying I 'must've put a lot of work in' and that they were very well behaved I couldn't be more proud of my little midget babies!

Thank you so much to Jane (daytona) and Amanda for helping me bath the sheep pony and a huge thank you to Vicky F for running the ginger ninja for me

xxxx

Keeping warm in the box while the wind blew a gale outside. Honey pops her head in the cab for a cup of tea..

And Jasmine wants to see what she's missing..

It was all quite exhausting for baby Jasmine bless her..

You are all so smart!

VickyF is one brave, brave woman.

Sounds as if there is a temporary truce between Honey and those evil people who expect her to obey instructions.
