Anyone no of a Lady Edna

I bought a mare a couple of month ago and a passport with the name Lady Edna came with her but its very obvious that this is not the mare i bought

What should i do ?
Send passport to the passport agency ?
Contact the details on the passport ?
Contact Defra ?

It looks like the mare has come through the sales at some point or the passport has as it has a lot number on it but no other info

Any idea if the microchip matches?
Some passports are way off on the info. I had a look on NED.... is it a horse passport agency passport? I could only find 2 Lady Edna's on nED (not that its known for being up to date)

I *think* you have to go through Defra (send passport back) and then re passport and chip. I knew someone with a shetty whos passport diddnt match, the chip did so all she had to do was send it back to be amended.

I was petrified when i checked and relised it was not her thought maybe she had been stolen and id have to part with her but ive searched and can not find anything matching her or the passport details x
