Default Terrifying walk out today

Well I took Saf out on a 45min walk around the local lanes today just to let her see the area before we go hacking. I thought she'd be more comfortable being able to see her mum at first.

Gorgeous views but we came across some ****** scary things. Random carpet in the road, alsations, discarded McDonalds wrappers and, scariest of all, a noisy storm drain with water gushing out everywhere. What did my 5yr old pony do?

Well..respectively..sheee...tripped over it, stuck her face in their fur, got her foot stuck in a drinks holder and splashed about in the water for 5mins.

Oh it's a hard life having such a highly strung pony

I'm glad nobody was around when she managed to get her foot stuck in the drinks holder thing. Daft mare.

I honestly thought she'd at least shy away from the storm drain. It was making such a racket and with her not being able to see where the noise was coming from and with a little river running out of it, it's technically scary. Next time she refuses to go through a puddle in the school I'm having none of it

Aww my 13yo crapped his pants at a storm darin today

the oddest thing i met out hacking was an abbandoned sofa in the hedge, i was on a four year old and my friend was on the 'bombproof' stallion, i was just about creeping past it then the other horse decides it was too scary both spun round and cantered off down the road with us

That is hilarious, I was expecting this post to contain "owner is now terrified to take horse out again!"
What a good girly she is, and only 5!
