Default LOONYPOPS - Can Anyone Help Please?

We're doing secret santa at work and I (luckily!) got my friend who now loans the horse I used to ride many moons ago and I want to get her a nice frame and put a kind of collage picture with some of Bobbys younger day photos in it, but I want to sort of smudge/fade the edges and merge them in with each other if you get me, kind of like Rheas siggy pic.. But I have no ideas how to do it - can anyone help me? xx

Do you have anything like Paintshop Pro on your computer? I used to know a lot of people who used that on another forum when I wanted something like that making for me.
